The Timeless Table has a variety of dish collections available for rent
to help you set just the right tone of your event.
DISHES
$7/person: Teacup & saucer, dessert plate, cutlery
$10: Sugar bowl and creamer
$15: Teapot
$8: 3-Tier Platter
RENTAL DEPOSIT
A rental deposit is required for all items rented out. The deposit amount will be based on the number of items being rented.
The deposit amount ranges from $75-$500. Deposits are refunded upon safe return of all rental items, without any chips, cracks, breakage, rips and tears etc.
Due to the nature of our vintage items it is expected that some of the patterns and gilt edges on items will be worn with age.
STYLIST/CLEANUP
$125/event : Our Stylist will setup your Afternoon Tea and pack up at the end of the event.
SERVER
$250/event : Our server will be present for 5 hours. 1 hour to set-up, 2.5 hours to serve, 1.5 hours to pack-up.
WASH-UP
$75/event : We sanitize all items at our kitchen. Please note, this is a mandatory charge.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our China collection is vintage and these items were not designed for the dishwasher. We ask that you rinse off all food debris and liquids, hand dry them, and pack them back in their boxes.
In the event of damage to bone china, cutlery, etc, The Timeless Table will charge $25 per piece. In the event of damage to teapots, The Timeless Table will charge $100 per piece.
